TRAVEL PROGRAM COST PER PERSON

€3,995 euros per person based in standard room double occupancy .
€4,575 euros per person based in standard room single occupancy.

Upgrade Room Costs
€400 euros supplement for a Deluxe room for the entire trip.
€780 euros supplement for a Suite for the entire trip.

STRASBOURG PRE-TRIP COST PER PERSON

€2,775 euros per person based in single occupancy.

EDUCATION PROGRAM COST PER PERSON

€400 euros per person .

It is mandatory that at least one person per room is registered for the conference.  Only those paying Education Program fee may attend the Education Program and receive a Certificate of Attendance. 

PAYMENTS

A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to confirm your place on the main trip. The deposit is refundable up until October 2, 2023. A second deposit of $1,000 per person is payable by October 2, 2023. Balance of payment is due June 14, 2024.

A deposit of $500 per person is required to confirm your place on the Strasbourg pre-trip. The deposit is refundable up until October 2, 2023. A second deposit of $500 per person is payable by October 2, 2023. Balance of payment is due June 14, 2024.

Your deposit is fully refundable up to and including October 2, 2023. Your final payment is due June 14, 2023.  If you should have to cancel after October 2, 2023 but prior to and including June 14, 2024 your deposits would be forfeited.   Any cancellations after June 14, 2024 your full payment becomes non-refundable except for a Force Majeure* reason as noted below.

The cost of the trip is in Euros. Billing will be in US and CDN dollars. Final costs in dollars will be based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of final invoicing.  All payments can be made by American Express, VISA, Master Card or cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Benefactor Travel.

The program cost is based on standard rooms. There are a limited number of upgrades available. If you would like to upgrade your room style, please note this on your registration form. The supplement cost for a Deluxe room is 400€ euros per room for the entire trip. The supplement cost for a Suite is 780€ euros per room for the entire trip.

Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If your first choice is unavailable, we will advise you of that fact and confirm you in your second or third choice.

*Force Majeure
In the event of a COVID-19 related reason as determined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, local government authority or their health agencies, whether at home or our travel destination-making it impossible or illegal to travel during the dates of the trip, causing the program to be canceled, even after the trip has been paid in full, the Force Majeure clause with trip suppliers would go into effect and payments would be credited in full to a future departure date.

  • 6 nights' accommodation in a standard room at Hôtel A La Cour d’Alsace, Obernai. Upgrades are available.
  • 6 full buffet breakfasts.
  • Arrival and departure transfers from Strasbourg to Obernai at the beginning of the trip and then from Obernai to Frankfurt Airport or Strasbourg at the end of the trip as outlined in the itinerary.

    The price of travel protection is determined by factors such as your province/state of residence, region of travel, trip price and age. Please reach out to your travel insurance company of choice for an exact quote. We recommend that your policy includes coverage for pre-existing conditions.  In our experience, this has been an important benefit. You may also wish to check with your credit card company, as some card companies offer travel insurance, although it can be very limited.
